To each consultation Kay brings a rich, eclectic range of skills: a contemplative nature, a sense of humor,
the wisdom of a grandmother, a curiosity with words and phrasing and an ease collaborating with others.

Creating a wellness plan for an acute or chronic physical, emotional or energetic issue that continues
to baffle your understanding.

Understanding your pulses, tongue and facial lines.

Tuning in to your body sensations and subtle changes in temperature, gesture and behavior.

Exploring your unique intuitive abilities.

Seeing how the events of your life connect and form a pattern.

Delving into the energetic aspects of plants and nature and how they relate to your daily life.

Collaborating in creating your herbal formulations.

Consultations culminate with a LIST OF RECOMMENDATIONS. Deeply rooted in the practical aspects of daily
life, these suggestions may include: Themes and Phrases which were woven through the session, Herbal teas,
Tinctures, Flower Essences, Essential oils, Supplements, Nutrition/Cooking, Exercize, Bodywork, Daily routine
shifts, Energywork, Creative Arts, Play, Referrral, Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and breathing techniques.

COMMUNITY CLINIC
Since 2005 she has offered a monthly Community Clinic (inspired by Margi Flint) where clients are seen on a
sliding scale by Kay and a group of herbal practitioners who are themselves being mentored and developing their own unique skills.

MENTORING SESSIONS
Over the years some individuals come to be heard, to be encouraged, to laugh, to have tea, to find their way in work,
relationships or life passages. The loft has become a place along the way for many who just like to come on occasion and hear themselves speak and be heard in a non-judgmental, compassionate setting.
